My Account
It is highly recommended to create a customer account during check out – with a personal account, every purchased digital element is available for download at any time in the Members Area of this website. If you do not create a customer account, it is your responsibility to store your files.
Prices and Payment
The prices are in Swiss Francs. Dada Chi reserves the right to change prices. The full invoice amount is to be paid before the Session, Symbol Creation or production of ordered Goods takes place. Prices do not include VAT as I am an exempt small business, and will be shipped via e-mail or Swiss Post. The exchange rate from Euros to Swiss Francs is adapting to the current situation. With your order, you agree to transfer the full price of the purchased service to Dada Chi within 7 days. If the payment does not reach Dada Chi within these 7 days, your order or your booking will expire. Payments are possible via TWINT, Bank Transfer, PayPal and Credit Card.
Shipping Times and Shipping Costs
After receipt of the payment, the order will be processed and shipped within the period specified for the ordered product. If you have ordered a digital product, please check your spam folder. When shipping abroad, the specified times may be extended and additional customs clearance costs may apply. Shipping within Switzerland is free. Shipping abroad costs a flat rate of CHF 22.-. Please contact me via e-mail if your order has not arrived within two months of the order date.
Return and Cancellation
All Symbols, eBooks, Books and other physical products are non-returnable. You are aware that you can no longer withdraw from the purchase contract after payment has been made. This applies to shamanic Power Symbols, printed Books and individually manufactured Goods because they are produced on behalf of the customer, and to all other Symbols, eBooks and digital products because these are available for download immediately after payment.
Appointment Cancellation and Appointment Postponement
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me, let me know at least 72 hours in advance. I respect and honor your time with me and kindly ask you to do the same. For appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment, I charge half of the balance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded. In the event of illness, it is of course possible to rebook the appointment at no additional cost upon presentation of a doctor’s certificate. The following rule applies to Trainings: Cancellation 15 – 30 days before the Training: 25% refund. Cancellation 0 – 14 days before the Training: No refund. There is also no refund for ongoing Trainings.
Gnothi Seauton and Enso Elea
Gnothi Seauton is free of charge and advertisement. If you subscribe to Enso Elea, your subscription will be automatically renewed every month. Your data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties. Your Enso Elea subscription can be booked with or without the weekly Flow Sessions and can be paid for by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. You can access Enso Elea via the internet browser on your Computer, Tablet or Smartphone. If you do not cancel it beforehand, your subscription will continue automatically after the free trial expires. You can change or cancel your Enso Elea subscription at any time with effect from the next billing date.
