As a member you can take part in our weekly 30-minute Flow Session. Every Wednesday evening I hold a safe online space where we learn to be and work with our Chi - our life force. This space gives you the opportunity to relax, connect and find your inner balance. Depending on the quality of time, we practice somatic dance, meditate, practice shamanic teachings or receive relaxing cosmic energies.

Every first Wednesday of the month, you’re invited to the Community Reisa — an hour-long shamanic journey I offer for the Chi Tribe. In these sessions, we come together to receive insight and energy from the Otherworld, helping us reconnect, release, and realign. It’s a time to rest, restore, and remember the deeper currents that carry us, both individually and as a community.
