What I teach cannot be found in books (except my own). This is not because it is invented, but because it comes from a time that we no longer remember in the form of written tradition.

If you want to label it regionally, it would be Celtic shamanism, as my ancestors descended from the Helvetians. However, this is not really accurate - the Celts were only the last guardians of these secrets.

Anyone who carefully reads texts on the Mayan horoscope will often come across terms from my teachings; the emotional body in particular is mentioned time and again.

This is because this knowledge originates from the Lemurian era, when all countries were one country and all peoples were one people.

As separation, an integral process cycle of the universe, progressed, knowledge spread across the planet and was further developed in new ways, expressed in other languages.

What we perceive and study today as different cultures, at a very advanced stage of the cycle of separation, comes from the same source.

What I teach in energy work is therefore the basis, the origin, the skeleton of the energy field or aura, and of the universe itself.

This knowledge has always been passed down orally, because knowing it has cost many their lives at various times.

Those who know me know that I teach in a practical way; what we experience is truly stored. What we only think can be forgotten. Lost.

My teachings are not about some potential that needs to be realized, but about an honest, grounded, yet playful engagement with life and what it has to offer us - the good and the bad.

Of course, this knowledge can be wonderfully woven into any form of spiritual practice; it provides a map of what is perceptible but not visible. And with the map comes a game plan, in the form of an understanding of how energy flows and how you can strengthen and use your own energy instead of being at the mercy of others'.
