about the shame that makes you hunchback, even with yoga
about the shame that closes the heart, even with ecstasy
about the shame of not being somewhere on some timeline
and the shame of not even wanting that
about the shame that destroys relationships
about the shame that breaks bonds
about the shame that leads to suicide
let’s talk about
the shame that locks us within ourselves
the shame that causes us to push back more and more from our true selves
and thus traps us all in a superficial world.
